Chris is an Indiana attorney with 18 years of practice under her belt. In 2005 she launched Focus Forward to coach professionals on how to become more efficient, more effective, and better organized at work instead of spending their days in fire-fighting mode. Chris has spent the past 10 years teaching attorneys and other professionals to identify individual strengths, increase productivity, and improve overall life balance.


Chris takes her organizational and time management background and combines it with her years of practicing law to help clients pinpoint billable time lost. Chris will examine your existing habits and skills and coach you through the change process so that you regain control of your work flow and your time.

Chris has coached clients in law, medicine, academia, advertising, and small business throughout Indiana, the United States, and even remotely in Japan.

Chris most enjoys the “ah-ha!” moment when clients use newly learned skills to resolve their unique challenges. “That turning point when a person feels success in applying new habits to their personal situation makes the work a joy. I love watching smart, talented, intrinsically motivated professionals as they evolve.”

Chris and her husband live with a menagerie of animals in Indianapolis. She likes to cook delicious vegan food, make friends with every animal she meets, and travel to new places and have adventures.
